Membership for creatives

Becoming a member is easy - just fill out an application. Next you need to upload a portfolio of work. We will act as your agent and inform you, and put you in touch with any interested parties. So if you are a looking for work, whether you're a freelancer, graduate or just looking for a change, the Designcoop is a great way to discover more opportunities. The service to you will remain free*, however membership is subject to the conditions of the Designcoop Code*. In return the Designcoop will endeavor to display your talents, protect your rights as a creative and inform you of relevant news.

Designcoop aim

The designcoop wants to become a flourishing centre for creativity - a with a real community spirit. Although focused in Bristol and the South West (during 2007) - we will offer our services to all regions where members apply and contribute from.

Designcoop code

The Code is simple - you can retain membership provided that you follow the ethics of the Designcoop community - we wish to protect members creative rights - upholding the value of their creative work - upholding the standard of creative work - therefore acts that counter this will result in suspension or expulsion from the designcoop with any legal infringements resulting in legal action.

    Each employment assignment or placement arising as a result of an introduction made by Designcoop will be subject to our standard Terms of Business as they are applicable in the circumstances. All prospective employers and clients for whom we arrange assignments or placements will be provided with a copy of the Terms of Business applicable to them following registration.

    The rights in material on this site are protected by copyright law and you agree to use this site in a way which does not infringe these rights.
